How can we attain those great things promised to us if we do not get up and struggle? If we face reality, everything is positive. We have great help, the Mother of God, the Saints, and our Lord who took upon Himself our infirmities. 

Come to the blessed hospital, the Church, and submit ourselves before the Lord Jesus Christ. From Him let us receive light and the salvation of our souls.
